Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To request a return, contact us at artlayerscr@gmail.com. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a return or refund. Gift cards, if offered, are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or variant, please contact us so we can determine the best solution.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
